Kalderos is proud to be recognized by Built In as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in Chicago 2022 and 50 Best Small Companies to Work For in Chicago 2022. “It is exciting to see that our approach and our culture is being recognized by our community for the third year in a row!” says Jessica Bogart Kasper, Director of Organization & Culture Design.
Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits and companywide programming. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and other people-first cultural offerings.
Like many companies, we spend a lot of time thinking about our culture and how to make Kalderos not only an enjoyable place to work, but also a place where employees can do their best work and feel satisfaction through overcoming challenges, collaborate effectively, and find abundant growth opportunities.”

“It is my honor to extend congratulations to the 2022 Best Places to Work winners,” says Sheridan Orr, Chief Marketing Officer, Built In. “This year saw a record number of entrants — and the past two years fundamentally changed what tech professionals want from work. These honorees have risen to the challenge, evolving to deliver employee experiences that provide the meaning and purpose today’s tech professionals seek.”
In 2021, Kalderos launched two major rounds of enhancements to its Discount Monitoring solution and welcomed a new partner to its 340B Pay solution, expanding on its vision for tech-enabled, patient-centered Drug Discount Management.
Bogart Kasper says, “At Kalderos, we approach culture through the lens of human-centered design, meaning that everything we do starts with research to understand the humans (our employees) we are designing for. We start by listening and learning from our team and benchmarking across others' best practices to develop hypotheses, test assumptions, and iteratively design solutions. We use this process to design across the employee experience, including employee onboarding, career development, and the future of work.”
In addition to the expected generous time off and health and wellness benefits (including an on-site gym), plus company equity and 401(k) matching, Kalderos offers multiple benefits and perks, including those that are key in today’s flexible work environment: a home office stipend for remote work, volunteer opportunities in the local community, and an annual stipend for continuing education.
A Kalderos employee told Built In, "A typical day here is full of interesting challenges, fun-filled conversations, and growth opportunities. Everyone is friendly and eager to come together to help you succeed, and this motivates me to push my limits and deliver beyond expectations."
Kalderos is currently recruiting for multiple open roles across all departments.
